How to know my boss

First thing you need to do when you’re starting a new job.

You’re in your first job or even when your boss changes.

Let us agree that there are many different types of bosses.

Some of them you like, some of them you don’t

At the end, it’s funny, none likes the boss they have but everyone wants to be them.

Because, let us be honest, we can do things much better than them. Hahaha!

HR people will tell you many do’s and don’ts on your boss.

And remember that is not bad.

But there is one thing what HR thinks and there is another thing how the rest of the work-world thinks.

We’re going to cover both.

First impressions are always good

When I said good, I meant good opportunities to impress.

Unless you gave a bad first impression.

Then it’s very difficult to recover.

Just keep your eye on high performers at your job.
