HOW TO DEAL WITH TOXIC PEOPLE AT WORK
In general, in our lives this is difficult, but at work, it becomes more complicated.
The implications of having a toxic person at work are serious.
And they get reflected in many areas of the company
Not necessarily in their department.
People like this tend to be even a low performer.
Since they have a deep remorse to the company or other person in specific.
Implications of this people are and not limited to:
- Low morale
- Increase stress
- High turnover rate
- Rude behavior is infectious
- And many times lower other productivity.
But not all is bad news, how can we deal with these people?
Generally, we have two conditions.
The person in question is a peer or he/she is under our supervision.
